We created Viza Flow Mental Studio to provide a high-quality, calm and harmonious space for helping professionals, where real professional work can take shape.
The idea behind the studio was born from the recognition that psychologists, coaches and other helping professionals need a refined, easily accessible yet quiet working environment that they can rent flexibly.
Viza Flow Mental Studio’s competitive advantage lies in offering a harmonious and professional environment tailored specifically to the needs of helping professionals.
We operate in elegant, street-front business premises that were not converted from an apartment, but designed for professional work from the outset. This provides a stable, calm setting that is also easy for clients to access.
When designing the spaces, the most important considerations were a sense of trust, clarity and atmosphere — giving us an outstanding level of quality compared to many other rental options.

She warmly welcomes both beginners and advanced practitioners to her classes, held in a family-like atmosphere and featuring modern, varied styles of yoga. Her aim is for every session to offer the calm, attention and inner connection that yoga represents for her.
Éva is a Pilates and children’s yoga instructor who sees movement not as a luxury, but as an essential pillar of physical and mental balance. In her classes, she supports participants in turning their time for themselves into true “fit time”. Her goal is to make movement uplifting, health-supporting and a source of joy, even alongside the rush of everyday life.
Eszter is a yoga instructor, sound therapist, addiction coach and social worker who began practising yoga in 2019 as part of her own inner transformation.
